POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the ship date. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received is (are) damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from kwincybeauty.com.com for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition. The item should not be open or have been used. Once the item is received in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.

Regarding product descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any of our services is accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Color appearance on a monitor or mobile display can look altered under various illumination conditions. If a product we offer is not accurate as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

• When you return your purchase to us by mail within 14 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we receive return.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase date will not be accepted.
• Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
